| Terms and Conditions of your HippoHopp party:
Once you book your party at HippoHopp, you will receive an invoice by email. This email is the confirmation that your party has been booked.
We will prepare your party as you have ordered it and if you wish to add anything additional, please let us know at least 5 days in advance of
your party. We want to make sure that you have everything you need, but can not guarantee any last-minute order add-ons.
We do not allow "drop-off" parties where parents leave children with host. Make sure there is at least 1 adult for every 2-3 children.
We schedule all parties with enough time for our staff to clean and setup the party room for the next guests. It is in everyone’s best
interest that you vacate the party room by the scheduled time within the contract. A failure to due so will result in an additional $300/hr fee.
We do our best to have your party room available upon your arrival. Occasionally, we will need a little extra time for set up while your party
is playing in the play arena, so we guarantee that your party room will be set up and available 15 minutes prior to your allotted 45
minutes of private party room time.
A deposit that will be paid towards your birthday party package is due at time of reservation. Deposit is non-refundable within 21 days of your
selected party date. Before 21 days prior to your party date, a refund minus a $50 Processing and Loss of Business Fee will be awarded.
Refunds may take 15 to 20 business days to process. Any party canceled with less than 21 days will forfeit their deposit. If you wish to
reschedule your party you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next four weeks. A party may not be rescheduled
more than once.
Customers are responsible for paying for any food items canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Customers can make arrangements to pick up
those food items.
The (remaining) balance of your birthday party must be paid in full on the day of the party. We will gladly accept the following types of
payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash (sorry no Checks!).
We want you to have the best party possible and are happy to add any additional services to your party. We will do our best to accommodate
all requests, but can not guarantee that we can fulfill any requests made later than 48 hours prior to the party. If you have more guests than
you originally made your party reservation for, we will do our best to accommodate those guests but can not guarantee that we will have extra
space other than the space allotted for your original reservation. You are required to pay for the number of guests you have reserved for even
if those guests do not all attend the party. You have until 21 days before the date of the party to downgrade the size of your party package,
after that you will be responsible to pay for the party package reserved. If you are reserving a party within 21 days of the day of the party,
you will not be allowed to downgrade the size of your party package.
A fee will be added for each additional child above the package limit for the party package. Please make sure to count the birthday child and
any siblings ages 1 and up in your party. For example, if you have booked a 10-kid party, you will have your birthday child + 9 guests/siblings.
For health and safety reasons children are not allowed to play after eating in the party room. We require that all party food to be consumed
in the party room. Guests that arrive late to the party for any reason will not be awarded additional party/play time and will be expected to
stay on the agreed-upon party schedule.
If you would like to make any changes to your food or décor order, you must let us know at least 5 days before your party date. After that,
we will do our very best to accommodate change requests, but will not be able to guarantee delivery of those items.
We do not allow outside food other than birthday cake. If you have special dietary needs, please obtain permission from HippoHopp to bring
If you have ordered face painting for your party, the face painting will start within the first 10 minutes of your party and will end 15 mins
prior to going into party room.
You may bring your own balloons for your party if you wish, but please bring them already inflated. We do not sell helium. If you bring
balloons that require helium, there will be a $3 per balloon (latex or 18" mylar) and $5 for large (18"+) mylar charge.
You are welcome to bring additional party décor for your party room but you are responsible for the set-up of those items.
All party décor that has been supplied by HippoHopp is the property of HippoHopp and should not be removed from the party room. This
includes wall décor, balloon weights, utensil holders, buckets for gifts and shoes, etc. Fees will be charged accordingly if these items are
removed from the premises.
No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are ever allowed inside HippoHopp.
All guests are required to sign and comply with the following wavier of liability upon entering HippoHopp.
