CAN I DROP MY CHILD OFF TO PLAY?

Our facility requires adult supervision at all times. No drop-offs allowed.

IS THERE A PLACE TO SIT?

We want parents to enjoy their time at HippoHopp. We have comfortable seating, great magazines, free WiFi and big screen TVs.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?

No outside food is permitted at HippoHopp. The Hippo Cafe offers a full menu that includes gluten-free, vegan and allergy-friendly options.

WHAT IF I FORGET SOCKS?

HippoHopp sells socks at the front desk in the event you forget. Socks are required to be worn by children and adults.

CAN I CELEBRATE WITHOUT A RESERVATION?

Thanks for your understanding, but we do not allow cake, balloons, gifts or other items in our facility without a party reservation.

CAN I GO ON THE INFLATABLES WITH MY CHILD?

Adults are not allowed on or in the equipment as this is not safe.

DO YOU HAVE A NURSING AREA?

HippoHopp has a Nursing Nook.
