HOPPING RULES
WAIVER
Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for all minors entering our facility and agree with hopping rules.
DROP-OFFS
Drop-offs are not permitted. Parents or guardians must accompany and supervise minors while at HippoHopp at all time.
HARMFUL CLIMBING
No climbing on the sides of the inflatables.
3 STRIKES
If anyone from HippoHopp staff sees kids playing in a manner that is dangerous, we will ask the parent/guardian to supervise the child’s behavior more closely. If we have to ask more than 3 times to stop something that might cause harm to his/herself or other children, we reserve the right to request the child to leave for the day.
UNRESERVED PARTIES
Thank you for not bringing cake, balloons, gifts or other items that resemble a party into our facility without a party reservation.
TODDLERS
Big kids need to be careful of little ones. The toddler-only inflatables are for children 3 years old and younger only.
SICK CHILDREN
Please do not bring sick children to play at HippoHopp. We keep everything clean but ask you help us minimize the spread of germs. Any kids observed to have a fever, vomit or show other outward signs of illness will be asked to leave. You may return 24 hours after symptoms cease.
OUTSIDE FOOD
No outside food or drink is allowed in our facility. We offer a full menu at our Hippo Cafe with gluten-free and allergy-friendly choices.
SOCKS
Socks are required by all people in the play area. This includes toddlers and adults.
